Welcome to our guide on using the Logitech Group Video Conference System. This technology is part of our Virtual Classroom Project’s upgrade to Smart  Classroom Phase 2. In this tutorial, we’ll cover the basics of using this system. Understanding this tool can enhance your virtual classroom experience. So, let’s dive in and learn how to use it effectively.

In this tutorial, you are going to learn:

1. How to connect the different parts of the Logitech Group Video Conference System.
2. Understanding the functionality of the speakerphone, which includes:
– How to mute the speaker.
– Managing the movement of the camera.
– How to control the system’s volume.

Now, on your selected platform, such as Microsoft Team or Google Meet, select Logitech camera as the input camera and Logitech speakerphone as the output speaker and microphone.

As a tip, you can zoom in and out and change the camera location from the telephone so that remote users can easily see what you’re presenting.

In addition to remote lessons, you may utilize this technology to create short videos explaining certain concepts using Microsoft Team or Google Meet to record it. This video can then be shared with students as a reference and used for future resources.
